This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between the company or other business entity that is licensed, under these terms, to use the software (“Licensee”), and Paradigm Works, Inc. ("Licensor" or “we” or “us”). This Agreement relates to Licensor’s ParadigmWorks® ScoreBoard™, which includes editable source code (the "Source Code") and compiled or encrypted software code and applicable documentation (collectively, the "Software"). Licensor and Licensee are the “Parties” and each is a “Party.” The license granted under this Agreement is royalty-free and terminable, as stated herein.
