Tangra, P.S.-Tangra, Kolkata- 700015, having been duly authorized in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Directors hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER” (which term or expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the subject or context be deemed to mean and include its successor and/or successors in office/interest and assigns) of the ONE PART.
