You would like to use the Fromozz services (as defined below) based on the Fromozz platform (as defined below) or the subsidiary digital markets of this platform (as defined below), to publish and offer your products or services, and for Retailers to discover, negotiate and buy such products and brands. Fromozz is willing to grant you limited use of the Fromozz Services and Platform under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
