This Co-Existence Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the later of the two dates accompanying the signatures below (“Effective Date”) between Delta One, LLC (“Delta One”) and OneChicago, LLC (“OneChicago”). Delta One and OneChicago are referred to collectively as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
