These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) is a legal agreement between you, the user (“User”/ “You”/“Your”, which terms shall include the persons that access, use, and/or participate in the Platform in any manner), and Valyu AI Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Company” or “Our”), the owner of website located at Valyu (“https://valyu.ai”) and (“https://app.valyu.ai”) mobile application available on Apple AppStore and Google Play Store (“App”). Where the context so requires, the Website and the App shall be collectively referred to as the “Platform”.
