This Contract shall become effective on the date that the Contract is fully executed by the Parties and all required City of Bend approvals have been obtained (the “Effective Date”). No Services shall be performed prior to the Effective Date. The Contract shall expire, unless otherwise terminated or extended, on June 30, 2020. The expiration or termination of the Contract shall not extinguish, prejudice, or limit either Party’s right to enforce this Contract with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.
