This AGREEMENT is effective on the day of March, 2024, (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Decatur, a public body corporate and politic created and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, 509 N. McDonough Street, P.O. Box 220, Decatur, Georgia 30030 (“CUSTOMER”) and Mydatt Services, Inc., an Ohio Corporation, d.b.a. Block by Block, 7135 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, Tennessee 37209 ("Block by Block").
