In this Mobile Deposit Disclosure and Agreement ("Agreement") the words "you," "your" or "user," mean the member that accesses Eglin FCU Mobile App and/or uses the Mobile Deposit Service described in this Agreement. The words "EFCU," "us," and "we" mean Eglin Federal Credit Union. The Eglin Federal Credit Union Account Terms and Conditions ("Understanding Your Share Account") are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Mobile Deposit Disclosure and Agreement. In the event of a discrepancy between this Agreement and other Agreements with EFCU, this Agreement will control.
