The undersigned parties hereby agree to the following:New Construction Addendum • November 23rd, 2021
(Int) To hire a licensed inspector of their choice. If the home is incomplete outside of the normal final cleaning and minor touch-ups, the inspection period shall begin once the seller notifies the buyer in writing that the home is complete and ready for inspections. The selling agent will notify the listing agent as soon as the inspection is scheduled. Once the inspection is complete, the selling agent will submit to the listing agent the full inspection report. Please do not submit a Buyers Response to Inspections. Once full report is received the buyer will do a walk through and compile a punch list with Builders Project Manager, to agree on a list of items to be completed and builder will work solely from this list. The buyer will have a final walk through once they are notified that the agreed upon inspection repairs and punch list items have been completed. Third party inspections to be done (if possible) prior to 1st builders walk. If builder does not receive report at least 7
