This Engineered Savings Contract (the “Contract”) is made and entered into as of this 10th day of August, 2020, between Willdan Energy Solutions DBA (“WES”), and Thomas County KS (“Customer”), for the purpose of installing certain energy, water or other operating cost saving equipment, described in SCHEDULE A (SCOPE OF WORK), and providing other services designed to save energy, water or other operating costs for the Customer’s property and buildings (the “Premises”).
