POST OAK MUNICIPAL ADVISORS LLC and TKG & Associates LLC (“Municipal Advisor”) appreciates the opportunity to serve as municipal advisor to FORT BEND COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT (“Client”). Upon your acceptance, this engagement letter (the “Agreement”) will serve as our mutual agreement with respect to the terms and conditions of our engagement as your municipal advisor, effective on the date this Agreement is executed by Client (the “Effective Date”).
