This Data Processing Addendum (the “Addendum”) forms an integral part of and is incorporated by reference into Lokalise Terms of Service or other superseding written agreement by and between Customer and Lokalise Inc. (in either case referred to as the "Agreement") and is subject to the provisions therein, including limitations of liability. Terms defined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning when used in this Addendum, unless defined otherwise herein.
