referred to as the “Contractor”, and the Squaxin Island Tribe, a federally-recognized Tribe (hereafter the “Tribe”), located on the Squaxin Island Reservation. Collectively, the Contractor and the Tribe may be referred to as the “Parties.” The Agreement between the Parties consists of this Contract and all attached Exhibits, as described in Section 7 (the “Agreement”).
