ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL REAL ESTATE BETWEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO (SELLER) AND CYRUS INVESTMENTS, LLC (BUYER)July 3rd, 2019
July , 2019, between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, (hereinafter called the “Seller”) and Cyrus Investments, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, (hereinafter called the “Buyer”). This Addendum supplements that certain Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate (“Contract”) of even date herewith, entered into between Seller and Buyer concerning real property described as follows: Unit 1A and Unit 1B, Riverwalk Place Building Condominiums, Pueblo County, Colorado, a/k/a 101 W. Riverwalk, Pueblo, CO 81003 (the “Property”). Buyer and Seller stipulate and agree that in the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Contract and this Addendum, the terms and conditions of this Addendum shall control.
