The City and LVPAC entered into Sublease and Operating Agreement dated September 22, 2014 (“Agreement”) for the lease of the property commonly known as the Bankhead Theater from the City to LVPAC. The initial term for the Agreement is seven (7) years from the date the parties record the memorandum of sublease is recorded in the official records of the County Recorder for the County of Alameda.
