Motorola Solutions, Inc. (“Motorola”) and _V_illage o_f _S_chaumburg (“Customer”) enter into this Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) pursuant to which Customer will purchase and Motorola will sell a subscription to access the subscription services described below. Motorola and Customer may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
