This Amendment #1 to Construction Agreement (Cow Camp Road Segment 2 -- Phases 2a and 2b) (“Amendment #1”) is made this day of , 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”), and RMV COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a California limited liability company (“RMV”). The County and RMV are sometimes hereafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
