Students who bring guests will be required to fill out this contract before receiving approval to bring a guest. Students are only allowed one guest. If approved by administration, this contract will be forwarded to the advisor in charge of the dance. Additionally, the guest must be accompanied to the dance by his/her PVCA host. Guest’s behavior will be the responsibility of the host student.
