THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 14th day of June, 2022, by and between ILLINOIS POWER GENERATING COMPANY, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, who may be referred to hereinafter as the Company, (see Side Letter #1) and LOCAL UNION NO. 702 of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, who may be referred to hereinafter as the Local Union.
