These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") apply to any and all agreements and legal relationships between: (1) Launcher, having its registered office in The Netherlands at the J.J. Allanstraat 186-C, 1551 RR in Westzaan (hereinafter also referred to as: "Launcher", "we", "us" or "our"), and (2) you or the entity you represent (hereinafter also referred to as: "you", "your" or "customer"). In case you are entering into an agreement with us on behalf of a company or legal entity, you hereby warrant that you have the legal authority to lawfully represent such company or legal entity.
