This Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is between AECOM, its affiliates and subsidiaries as may be applicable, (“AECOM”), on the one hand, and either employees of AECOM or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates ("AECOM employees" or individually a "AECOM employee"), or if you are not a AECOM employee, then the company, through which you access SUPPLIER REGISTRY APPLICATION (as defined below), of which you are the authorized representative ("Company") and is effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below). If you are a AECOM employee, you are bound only by Section 12.0 below, immediately above the "I Accept" icon; Section 12.0 applies only to AECOM employees.
