From time to time, you may request and we agree to provide, the Services on the terms set out in this MSA. By agreeing to this MSA (either by clicking-through on the Portal or by any other method of acceptance), your Order for the Services constitutes an offer by you to acquire the nominated Services on the terms and conditions of this MSA, including the Order, subject to acceptance by us.
