This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”), made as of this [x] day of [INSERT MONTH], 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Emerson College, a Massachusetts non-profit educational corporation with a principal place of business at 120 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116 ("Emerson”) and [INSERT NAME OF VENDOR], a [INSERT STATE OF INCORPORATION] corporation, with a principal place of business at [INSERT VENDOR’S PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS] (“Vendor”). For purposes of this Agreement, Emerson and Vendor each shall be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
