This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), as updated from time to time, supplements any agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”)between you Customer and INMOTION HOSTING, INC., a California corporation (“Company”), governing your use of the Company’s product and services (collectively, the “Services”) when the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) applies to your use of the Services to process any of your information and related data. In this DPA, the terms “we,” “us” or “our” shall refer to Company. The terms “you,” “your,” “User” or “customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who contracts with Company or uses the Services.
