This Energy and Carbon Savings Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Carbon Lighthouse, LLC, located at 395 Page Mill Road, Suite 100, Palo Alto, CA 94306 (“CL”) and 101 University, a California General Partnership, located at 101 University Avenue, Palo Alto, California, 94301 (“Client”), effective as of February 20, 2012 (“Effective Date”).
