This Direct Admission Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan Constitutional corporation, on behalf of the University of Michigan-Flint, College of Health Sciences, Occupational Therapy Department (hereafter referred to as “UM-Flint”), located in Flint, Michigan, and Northern Michigan University (hereafter referred to as “NMU”), located in Marquette, Michigan, to set forth the parties’ respective responsibilities in providing an easy transition for NMU’s qualified students to gain guaranteed conditional admission to UM-Flint’s doctorate program (the “Program”).
