This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Velocity Networks of Kentucky, Inc. (Velocity), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with offices at 3720 Arrowhead Avenue, Suite 200, Independence, MO 64057, and Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with offices at 4100 Roxboro Rd., Durham, N.C. 27704-2166. (Velocity and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
