This Lease (“LEASE”) is made effective as of June 17, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana, Venues Parks & Arts Department, acting by and through its governing body the Board of Park Commissioners (the “OWNER” or “CITY”), and The South Bend Chocolate Company, Inc., 330 W.
