This Agreement is for the provision of miscellaneous professional design (architectural, engineering, or some combination thereof) and technical support services for renovation, repair, minor construction and maintenance projects, and other miscellaneous engineering assignments (“Project(s)”) of limited scope associated with building envelope systems, to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, as requested by Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. A/E represents that A/E has the knowledge, ability, skills and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this Agreement.
