No licensed Physician Assistant may practice without a valid Practice Agreement on file with the Board. Practicing without an approved Practice Agreement shall be grounds for disciplinary action. At all times during the duration of this practice agreement, both the physician assistant and the supervision physician will comply with § 185-10-4100 Part 4100 of the Commonwealth Register.
