Scope of Application, Definitions1.1 These General Terms and Conditions Advertising Material in Printed Publications, Online-Portals and Apps (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all agreements between SunMedia Verlags GmbH, Hans-Boeckler-Allee 7, 30173 Hanover, Germany, (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher") and advertisers (hereinafter referred to as "Client"), as well as supplements, extensions and modifications of contracts for the publication and/or accessibility of one or more advertisements, inserts and/or other advertising media (hereinafter referred to as "Advertising Media") in magazines and other printed material and/or online-portals as well as Apps (Applications for mobile devices) of the Publisher.
