In lieu of submission of an erosion and sediment control plan for the construction of this single family dwelling, I (undersigned) agree to comply with any reasonable requirements determined necessary by the Southampton County Department of Community Development, representing either the Environmental Engineer or Building Official. Such requirements shall be based on the minimum conservation standards contained in the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) E & S Control Handbook, Latest Edition and the Southampton County Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance, and shall represent the minimum practices necessary to provide adequate control of erosion and sedimentation on or resulting from this project.
