This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into this 1st day of July 2024, between the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore (“Employer”) and the Baltimore Fire Officers, IAFF Local 964, AFL-CIO, CLC (“ Union”). The terms and conditions of this document shall constitute a mandate to the Mayor of Baltimore City with respect to such matters which can be remedied administratively by the Mayor, and as a mandate to the Board of Estimates and the City Council with respect to matters which require legislative action necessary to implement the Agreement in lieu of a decision of the Board of Arbitration.
