THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 2nd day of September, 2009, by and between the City of Naples, a Florida municipal corporation, (the "CITY") and Wellmasters, Inc., a Florida corporation, 1635 Industrial Park Rd., Mulberry, FL 33860, (the "CONTRACTOR").
