The purpose of this agreement is to provide 4th year students (hereinafter referred to as "Student"), via externships, with a learning experience under the supervision of a veterinarian. The Mentor/Employer agrees to provide an evaluation of the performance of the Student to Purdue upon completion of the externship. It is understoold by all parties that this evaluation will be forwarded to Ross University.
