This Redevelopment Agreement (Victory Park-VA Campus) (“Redevelopment Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2015, by and between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City”), the SENIORS FOUNDATION VA VISION, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Seniors Foundation”), and VICTORY PARK, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Developer”) and each of their successors, permitted sublessees and permitted assignees as described herein.
