THIS AGREEMENT supersedes all previous agreements between Agent and MBMGA. The term “MBMGA” as used in this agreement includes Mount Beacon Insurance Company and Mount Beacon MGA in those states where said companies are authorized to do business and Agent is authorized to do business, and there is a mutual agreement to appoint Agent as an independent insurance agent of MBMGA. The term “Agent” includes, but is not limited to Agent’s owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, customer service representatives and insurance agents. The term “Agreement” means this Agreement, all appointment paperwork, Guaranties, Amendments, Addenda, attachments and modifications hereto, all of which are integrated herein by reference and shall constitute a part of this Agreement.
