The City of Laramie, Wyoming, a municipal corporation, and Janine Jordan, the City Manager for the City of Laramie in her official capacity (collectively, the “City”), and Lance Williamson, Keith and Mary Beth Deines, Breanna and Drew Thompson, and Stephan and Ethyl Hoffine (collectively, the “Water Users”), in consideration of the Settlement Payment as defined below and the other promises contained herein, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, hereby enter into this Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of September 12, 2023 (“Effective Date”). The City and the Water Users are collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
