THIS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT FOR REVIEW OF PROPERTY (“Agreement”) is made and agreed to by the person designated as the Receiving Party on the signature page hereof (the “Receiving Party”) and the person designated as the Receiving Party’s Broker on the signature page hereof (the “Receiving Party’s Broker”) for the benefit of 3720 Oquendo, LLC et al, (“Seller”) and Savant Commercial Real Estate, LLC (“Savant”). The undersigned acknowledge that in connection with providing information on the Property located at 3720 W. Oquendo Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89118 (the “Property”) all inquiries and communications with respect with the contemplated sale of such property be directed solely through Seller’s agent Savant. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that it is a principal, broker or investment advisor in connection with the possible acquisition of the Property.
