This MANAGED ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION (the“Agreement”) dated as of the date set forth on the addendum attached hereto and made a part hereof (the“Addendum”) is made between the individual or entity whose name and information is set forth on the applications for the Account, as hereinafter defined (the “Client”) and OASIS INTERNATIONAL GROUP, LTD. (the “Advisor”).
