This Educational Affiliation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this 10th day of April, 2019 ("Effective Date"), by and between Virginia Mason Medical Center, a Washington nonprofit corporation, located at 1100 Ninth Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101 ("VMMC"), and Western Washington University, a public higher education institution of the State of Washington, with its main campus located at 516 High Street, Bellingham, Washington 98225 (the "SCHOOL").
