THIS TRAINING AGREEMENT is made and effective as of the date of last signing (herein the "Effective Date") by and between COUNTY OF WEBER (herein "Sponsor)" having its principal office at 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, UT 84401and the UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI, a state institution of higher education organized under Chapter 3361 of the Ohio Revised Code, on behalf of the College of Education, Criminal Justice and Human Services and its Corrections Institute, with a designated business address of 51 Goodman Drive, Suite 530, Cincinnati, Ohio 45221-0222 (herein "UC” or “UCCI”).
