This Agreement for the termination of traffic between Kingdom Telephone Company, an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (“ILEC”), and T-Mobile USA, Inc. d/b/a f/k/a VoiceStream Wireless Corp., with offices located at 12920 SE 38th Street. Bellevue, WA 98006 (“TMUSA”), effective upon the date of execution below April 29, 2005 (“Effective Date”). This Agreement has been executed pursuant to Section 251(b)(5) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. (ILEC and TMUSA are also sometimes referred to herein as “Party” or, collectively, “Parties.”)
