These Deposit Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”), entered into by and between Virgin Galactic, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Virgin Galactic”), and Customer set forth the conditions and term pursuant to which Virgin Galactic accepts Customer’s Deposit to be placed on the waitlist for the opportunity to purchase a seat on a future sub- orbital flight with Virgin Galactic as such seats become available. This Agreement shall constitute the exclusive, valid and binding agreement, except as provide herein, between Customer and Virgin Galactic, as of the date upon which Virgin Galactic has received the Deposit from Customer.
