This Digital Banking Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and anyone authorized by you (collectively, “you,” “your,” “member”) and Addition Financial Credit Union (“Addition Financial,” “we,” “our,” “ours”) as a precondition to your use of any of the banking services provided by Addition Financial that you access either online through the internet or on a mobile or cellular device (“Services”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing our provision of the Services to you and describes your and our rights, responsibilities and obligations related to the Services.
