This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among TEXO The Construction Association, hereinafter referred to as “Industry Partner”, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 11101 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75229; the Dallas Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas ISD”, a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and the Dallas College, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas College” or “College”, a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 5001 N. MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75038 (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School, hereinafter referred to as “P-TECH”, model at 5520 Langdon Road, Dallas, TX 75241 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
