THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (BellSouth), a Georgia corporation, and FamilyTel of Alabama, L.L.C., FamilyTel of Kentucky, LLC, FamilyTel of Louisiana, LLC and FamilyTel of Mississippi, L.L.C. (collectively known as “CUSTOMER”), (FamilyTel), a Louisiana corporation, and shall be effective on the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or FamilyTel or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
