This First Amendment to Limited Partnership Agreement of Golden Triangle Landfill TX, LP (the “First Amendment”) is entered into effective as of December 31, 2001 by and between Allied Waste Landfill Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the General Partner (“AWLH”), and Allied Waste Systems Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the Limited Partner (“AWSH”) (collectively, the “Partners”).
