THIS FTX_EQUITY TOKEN PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made as of the date accepted in writing by FTX, by and between FTX Trading Ltd., a company established under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda (“FTX”), and the applicable purchaser as set forth on the signature pages hereto (the “Purchaser”). Each of FTX and the Purchaser are referred to herein as a “Party” and they are referred together as the “Parties.”
