In order to effectuate the provisions of RCW 41.56, the Public Employees Collective Bargaining Action, and to promote the continued improvement of the relationship between the school district and the Paraeducators of said district, this Agreement is made and entered into on this 1st day of September 2013 by and between the District and the Association and shall continue in effect until August 31, 2016.
